I’ve decided to start posting quick progress reports about once a month. In the future these will list all current projects, but for the moment only Slashdog is being reported.
Slashdog Volume 3 Chapter 3 progress: 29/70 pages
Overall Volume 3 Progress: 115/259 (44%)
Chapter 3 still needs a lot of work as you can see. It is far longer than the existing chapters for this volume, and is in fact longer than just about everything posted for this volume to date (chapter 3 started on page 86, a count which includes all the illustration pages and the table of contents). Moreover, chapter 4 is just as long, going all the way until the epilogue without break, so the bulk of remaining story is going to drop in just 2 updates, which means longer waits between chapters.

hello, first thank you for translating Vandread Extra Stage novel. I really want to know what happen in the novel. But please will you finish the chapter “Afterword”. Please i want to know the ending. Thank you.

I’d actually forgotten that I hadn’t done that, so thanks for reminding me. That said, you probably won’t find what you’re hoping to. The Afterword isn’t a chapter, it’s a section in which the author addresses the readers, offers commentary and occasional hints at future works, and thanks all the staff and editors that allowed the novel to be published.
There’s no story to be found in the afterword. I will try to remember to get back to it though.
